Wallace Sampson aka Minister Sam is an elder ministering at O' Taste and See Apostolic Faith Church and Ministries. He and his wife Alesia are the stewards of a O' Taste and See Christian Center in Baltimore City. He experienced difficult challenges as a child in the city of Baltimore Maryland. His struggles in the 1970's caught the attention of Social Services. At age 10, he was in foster care. He lived with assigned foster parents until old enough to join the military. He served in the United States Army and Army Reserves. He later became employed as a police officer. In 1989, he accepted a position as an Inspector General Investigator. In 2013, he was hired to do internal investigations for the District of Columbia, DHS, OPRMI, IAD. In 2016, he became a student at the Maryland Bible College and Seminary. He graduated from MBCS in 2020. He preaches a Salvation Life message, while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
